Reseach Support Team

Research support team is dedicated to delivering specialized research services. This initiative draws its inspiration from my mentor, Dr. Hubbard, an avid enthusiast of felines who features her adorable feline companions on her website.

Duke

• Work experience: 7 yrs
• Last employment: Washington, D.C., Oct. 2022. (His former boss relocated and Duke is too stressful to travel by plane.)
• About him: Duke is a true maestro of the meow! His meows are like bright threads sewn into the way our team works together. He reminds us that effective communication isn’t solely about words, but about the intention and emotion behind them.

Sky

• Work experience: 3 yrs
• Last employment: Homeward Bound Pet Adoption Center, Aug. 2021
• About her: Sky is a great example of friendship and teamwork. She has an amazing ability to follow the other cats with eager curiosity. Her funny acts remind us that getting along with others and having fun together are important parts of any group project.

Hayden

• Work experience: 3 yrs
• Last employment: Homeward Bound Pet Adoption Center, Aug. 2021
• About her: Hayden has learned how to balance work and play well. A slow walk in front of our computer screens, where her tiny paw prints and soft gaze told us to take a moment for the company. Her appearance tells us to take a break from our work, breathe, and enjoy what’s around us.

Orange Juice (Emeritus)

• Work experience: 11 yrs
• Last employment: Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society (PAWS), Dec. 2021.
• About him: Orange Juice excels in the art of relaxation and stress reduction. His signature skill? The big purr. His purr has the power to lower stress levels and create an ambiance conducive to creative thinking and efficient problem-solving.
